Love the stitching with ribbons! :) I don't know but i like it as is... perhaps i feel that the addition of journaling on top would make the page a bit too crowded. Well, maybe you could add some short words on the right side (such as BEAUTIFUL or PRETTY or SMILE)-- either using rub-ons/stickers/stamps. :)

I love how you made the page look like it was just discovered under the paper!! Maybe if you did add journaling you could make it trail off behind the paper so the effect looks the same. Great job, too cute!!

That's me. My mom always had me pose in a new dress, lol. My first stitching effort and I like it. Buttons and paper actually resemble the dress in top photo. Feel like I need to add some jounaling at the top. Any ideas? Thanks
