My Grandson Brett & I made these to decorate the tree with this year. They are made out of Flour/salt/water, and bakes after being worked into a clay and shaped with cookie cutters. We then baked them at 200*f for about 40 mins, and when dry and cool, painted them. After they were dry again, we added foam paint for trim, and glitter on the girls dress. I liked the men a lot better for my tree this last Christmas, so the girl never got used at all. That seemed to make a couple of people sad, but ya gotta go with best for the entire tree...unless a Grandchild would have wanted her on there! Then she'd be on there for sure!
