the blizzard of 2007...aftermath pics I guess, cuz no way was I actually going out when it was snowing as hard as it was!Journaling is: Within the span of a week, we received over 30 inches of snow! The first blizzard hit us February 23-25th. 2007. Then it turned frigidly cold and windy and then the second blizzard arrived just a few days later, from February 28-March 2nd, 2007. We were basically stuck inside while the snow just continued to pile up. It was funny watching the deer try to walk with all the snow on the ground. It came up to the bellies of many of them, and they had to jump to get farther than just a few feet. Finally, after it was all done snowing and the sun was brightly shinning, we all bundled up and went outside. Russ and Trent made a snow cave and Addy had fun just rolling around in all the snow. The snow was piled so high in some spots that it was taller than both Trent and Addy.
