IT's not just dinner, it's the full dining experience. Hibachi chefs perform culinary tricks from burning rice hearts to flaming onion volcanoes, to launching shrimp directly into the mouths of the patrons. Hannah, we thought you would enjoy the excitement of Samurai 21. Perhaps we were a couple of years ahead of ourselves. After the grill was originally set aflame, you scarcely took your hands from your eyes for a moment. We did get you to peek at the volcano, but other than that, you hid until the chef left us to eat. However, after we left the restaurant, you were all talk. You told everyone about the big fire and the volcano. Maybe we'll go again in a couple of years and see if we can let you experience this again, next time with your eyes open! 12/04
