This was the pic that got me into digital editing in the first place. Mum says she still remembers having to be fussed over and primped for the photo (which was taken in black and white) and then the image was hand-painted before printing. Hand-painting a frame - how hard would that be! Mum doesn't like the pic, but I found it so inspiring! Again, this was a challenge piece for DSG (go team!).
