This is great! You must be so proud of him! The layout is beautiful and I love the torn edges with the vellum over the top. The coin looks real! I would have never guessed it was a scan!
Thanks, Libby. The journaling block, the block with the certificate and the tag are from the e-cuts. But you can do that with chalking, I am sure. The coin was scanned and cut out, then attached with a pop dot.
This is my first time using the e-cuts. But I bought three and will use the other two.

This looks great! I really like the red, white and blue torn edge border with the vellum on top. I ahve never used Ecuts before, so I don't know what is 3-D and what is not, but the stars and the gold medal look good. How did you get the streaky blue and red edges around the journaling block and the certificate?

This is a layout for my ds' JROTC Awards banquet. We are so proud of him! None of us expected him to get so many awards, especially the one from the Sons of the American Revolution!
I used e-cuts stars and stripes; cardstock is Bazzill and Pebbles; fibers - unknown.
