Every time I tried to fold the Wanted Itty Bitty Album according to the directions, I kept messing something up and it just wouldn’t fold right. Then the idea hit me to make the album into a mini photo display that I could set on my desk. My boys are always doing something goofy when I try to take their pictures, and this would be a fun way to showcase those crazy photos. I cut the pages apart, and then glued them together after all of the elements had been added to the pages. I left an opening in the center of the book to slip the wire for the photo holder through.

Techniques:

1. I inked the tan ric rac to tone down the brightness of the ribbon so that it would coordinate better with the paper colors.
2. Paint the chipboard letters with one or more colors to coordinate with patterned paper.
3. To take apart photo holder, simply unscrew wire from base. You may need to unbend some of the decorative end of the wire so that it reaches the desired length to slip through the center of the album.
