Halloween before last it poured rain here and 2 of our 3 little ones had a fever. My 7 year old niece forced her mom to brave the weather so she could Trick or Treat a couple houses ( mine, our moms, well that was actually about it ). She dressed as sailor moon who wears red, white and blue so I din't want to use traditional Halloween colors.
