This is just amazing...what a great picture and LO! AND I love the title...the story is pretty neat, too...so glad you got their pictures (better late than never!)! ;)
I love what you are doing with all these vintage photos! They really look fabulous with your designs and paper choices. What a great album you will have!
I'd love to have goofs like that! I like the flowers with the touch of gold! Great job! I'm sure if they were alive, they would be proud to have their "50th" recognized with such talent and grace!
Oh man......even though you didn't have pictures, I would say this one almost makes up for it!! What an absolute awesome picture!! I love the way you cut out paper and laid it in there!! ( that's what it looks like you did!!)The gold around it really adds to the feel!!And I'm with Robinzberdz, great recovery on doodle...it's pretty cool!! Very, very pretty!!!
Wow!!! What an awesome pic!!! Look at that car window!!! Priceless!!!! Great job with this pp and I love your litttle oops!!! Doodling looks great and like it was meant to be there! My oops's end up in the trash!!! Great recovery!!!!
Amazing! From the way you've cut around the photo to the handwritten title you are becoming the guru of the heritage LO!! I tip my hat to you! This is absolutely beautiful!! Another work of art!!
LOVE THIS!!! another into my favs,...I just love your style!!! ...one day with your permission, I'm going to try you're unique doodle swirls (who needs stamps when you can do that!!)
Simply unbelievable! I love that you cut the photo to curve along the paper's pattern. All the little gold touches add so much. But I am totally impressed that you did the title by hand! Oh to have such beautiful handwriting!!!
This is stunning! Love the rich color and texture of the pp; love the unique framing; love the handwritten title; love the heart tag; and the doodled flouerishes are the perfect touch; all so gorgeous :)
I think I need better glasses because even with your note I can't spot the goof or the cover-up. This is stunning--honestly, the orangy red is fabulous with the B & W photo. Your handwritten title is beautiful!
Oh my goodness how cute! I love how you created a "window" in the paper. The photo is wonderful too. Love it all. Can't believe the title is hand-written. WOW!
i'd never know you had a mishap! You have such beautiful pictures to scrap of your parents. This picture is so cool! I love how you cut the paper and the gold framing it looks so FABULOUS! Awesome job on writing the title! All in all this is a ScrapTastic layout!
Brief background. My parents were married in 1951. My mother died in 1967, my father died in 1985. I had never even seen my parents wedding photos until last year. Talk about being dysfunctional! So now - some 50 years later – I will attempt to scrap my parent’s photos. It is with a sense of melancholy that I begin this bittersweet endeavor. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I wanted to use soft romantic colors for my parents album, but ever since I made my “Italy” layout, these orangy reds keep calling me. It will probably end up being half and half! LOL!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ “Just Married”. The little card with the heart on it has my parents name and wedding date. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The blob of doodling wasn't supposed to be like that, it is covering up a 'goof'. sigh.... The title is hand written.
