Just a simple, silly layout about last Thanksgiving. Let's just say we had more than enough bananas in the house to get through the holiday! Journaling says: "It wasn't part of the deal. 'Just bring yourself," was Mom's command. "Maybe some fruit... but I have everything here.' So some fruit it was. No one wanted to show up for Thanksgiving empty-handed. When we walked in the door, Phil and I handed her some bananas, the only thing we thought could reasonalbe survive one thousand miles in a car. Then Laura and Bill came and handed Mom a bunch of bananas. Then Kate and Ryan came and handed Mom a bunch of bananas. Once would have thought there was a sign hanging on the door... Admission: one bunch of bananas. (perhaps she should have been a little more specific with the fruit comment.)"
