Believe it or not, this actually started off as a layout for the current ad challenge! I decided I wanted to use more pictures and stretch it to two pages, and it ended up not looking at all like the ad. This is one of the simplest LO's I've done in a long time, but the pictures are so gorgeous I really wanted to keep the focus on them. It took me forever; you'd never know it was so simple by how long it took me to do it!
Journalling reads:
Ryan, you are so fun and funny! One of the joys of summer 2004 was watching you and Daddy form a really close and sweet relationship. You want to be so much like him! When you saw him skipping rocks you just had to "fow yocks in the wagger" too, and it became one of your favorite things to do. On this evening you got closer and closer to the edge of the lake, and ended up sitting right down in the wet sand, getting your bottom all dirty. When you got tired of throwing rocks, you starting performing gymnastics, and I was lucky enough to get it on camera. I love these pictures from that evening-- they show so many aspects of your personality-- fun, creative, thoughtful, and silly. It is so un to watch you grow up!
