All of the pictures from my main baby shower pictures were misplaced and I had nothing to scrapbook with for memories...or did I? I decided to make great use of my scanner. I scanned the pieces from the top of the cake and paper pieced them to make 3-d enhancements. I used the game that the guests had played of taking Katie's name and using each letter to make a poem. I printed up four of the poems on vellum and wrapped them around tags and used them on one of the pages. For my gift list, I scanned and shrunk one of the many greeting cards and printed the shrunken copy of a the hand written gift list inside the card. I also shrunk a copy of the invite and included it on the right page with the cake enhancements and the gift list. On the page with Katie poem tags, I used one of the full size small gift cards to mount the journalling in for another interactive section of hidden journalling. All of this was set with a beautiful background of the napkins from the shower set. We also used the bears that were left on the stamp pages from the ones we used to mail her invitations as extra embellishments. WHAT A WAY TO REMEMBER THAT DAY!!
