This is the most delightful story Lenore, you are so imaginative! What a wonderful story for James to read about in later years (much later hopefully). He got his first tooth fairy money....which is magical, and mum got her tooth for a scrap book page.....which is even more magical. The way you have presented the tooth along with the pp's, the colours and the story, well, thats just magical too. Love it!
This is awesome!!!!! I love the idea of creating a letter from the Tooth Fairy- I'm going to do the same!!!! I also love the beautiful design with the adorable picture and the pocket with the tooth!!! I LOVE this!!!
Oh my gosh this is way too cute for words. What a great idea to "make everyone happy". This is just like my friends who tell their son that if he trades in all of his Halloween candy The Great Pumpkin will leave him a toy. Love the picture and the letter the tooth fairy wrote, not to mention how you displayed the tooth. Great work Lenore.
OMG this is sssoo funny! I am giggling out loud here! Heheheheh! You are brilliant...you should work more....it's good for the brain! This is great...you are sssooo clever! I just had to hide Hugh's! Duh me! The letter, the title, the photo...fantastic! Well done my friend...well done!
Oh Lenore, that is the most PERFECT way to steal that tooth! I'm loving the letter from the tooth fairy! I will DEFINITELY be using that idea FOR SURE!!!!!!!!! This is SO creative! great job!
Awww, what a sweet idea!!! Never ever thought to leave a note from the tooth fairy!! This is a wonderful layout and such a great memory!! You are one smart mommy!!
OH...HOW PERFECT! I'm overwhelmed by this! What a super idea. the journaling (and the concept behind it) is wonderful! Lovely that you hid some more journaling.....for when he's older.....waaaaay older! Much better than having to hide his teeth LOL Nice LO too by the way!
Hidden journaling under the letter reads: There was a way, there had to be! I HAD to have that first tooth to do a scrapbook page! Now I just had to be smarter than my James and it had to be believable! He was so excited about the arrival of the tooth fairy and the disappearance of that tooth. As it turned out, the tooth fairy and I go way back (I lost teeth as a child, too, ya know!) and she knows and recognizes how hard I work to scrap these memorable moments.
James thought it was pretty great the next morning when he woke to find the dollar under his pillow in exchange for the tooth. But I think he was almost more excited when Mom “found” the note from the tooth fairy along with his tooth on her bathroom sink. That tooth fairy…..she’s so thoughtful, making sure EVERYONE was happy!! And so, with her help, this scrapbook page is born!!
