Oh yeah old homes on big lots are snaped up here for that same reason.

It always makes me sad to see and old neglected house, kind of like an old lady whose reward for 90 years of hard work for her family results in a room at the nursing home. I always wish I could buy them all and restore them. (you should see my husband roll his eyes when I say that)
