A photo of my grandson's hand on his father's hand. A marbled paper is the background with blue textured and blue denim papers are used for the matting and bordering on the page. Also blue satin and blue sheer ribbons are also used in the borders. Tiny hands are punched out of the blue papers. The journaling is computer printed on vellum which is attached with brads. The poem reads " Daddy, take my tiny hand in yours and you will plainly see,
How very much I need you now to love and care for me.
Then as my little hand grows I will need you even more.
Everything I do in live, I have never done before.
Teach me to be kind and loving, sharing and forgiving.
Show me through your acts of love the pure joy of living.
The years will pass by quickly and one day I will be grown.
I will pass what you have taught me onto children of my own.
Keep this message with you and remember when we are apart,
The special love between a child and a daddy's heart." (downloaded and adapted from the internet)
