Wow, a lot of detail! I love those flowers! I agree with the others about adding a little more red to show off the pictures and flowers! I really like that shaped frame around the outside!
Yes a red mat, or inking the edges of the photos would help bring them out. Another thing I try to do when using muliple photos is to "
mush" them all together and then decorate around the edges, as if it was just one big photo!
I'm really diggin the big frame and the flower you made from paper - super cool!! And of course what better subject matter is there than pugs?!?!

Cute, Allie!! I can make just a few suggestions: the hearts are so cute, but they don't stand out enough to catch your eye, maybe try redoing them in red patterns or outline them with the same heavy black as the swirls to help keep them from getting lost. Also, maybe some fat photo corners or really any kinds of corners on the photos to keep your eye moving around and lift them out off the page?! Just seems like they get lost in all the busy patterns... even red mats under them might do the trick!
