Here's the first page of my weight loss journey. I haven't attatched everything to the page yet and I'm having trouble with the digital camera, that's why it looks a little "off".
The journaling just describes how I feel since I've gained weight, and the bottom left has my starting stats. The little quote in the bottom middle reads "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step". Thanks for looking!
