My first picture (the restroom) of Japan! Pretty interesting, really. My journaling describes the warmlet, and since I don't feel like remembering what I wrote, here's something I blogged about it not too long ago:
Most toilet seats have a "WARMLET" on them: a large robot arm with a bunch of control knobs and buttons, and a thick handicap-bathroom-looking seat with a heating coil in it. Once ensconced with a nice toasty ass, there are so many incredible entertainment options on the robot arm: fancy an asswash? Lo, you can have it at the touch of a button, with variable temperature and water pressure controls. Bidet (This is apparently specifically for the vulva, by the way, not the ass, at least according to the WARMLET controls, which picture a female stick figure squatting on the "Bidet" button specify that the other wash option is "Bottom Wash")? Cold or hot bidet? Gentle or forceful bidet? It's at your fingertips. Embarrassed of the dishonorable tinkle or plop? Don't waste water repeatedly flushing the toilet to muffle it, simply press "Flushing Sound" and crank up the volume control- thing gets loud enough to muffle Fat Bastard with giardiasis.
