I can tell how special that day was for you because you scrapped it twice. I would too! I wish I had taken more pictures of Lucky on our road trips. I've journaled a lot about them though. Sweet memories.

What a sweet moment! It was last April that we had to put our puppy down. We weren't there with her because we were in California when we found out that she wouldn't eat and she couldn't even get up to walk. So, when they put her down we went as far as Las Vegas. Driving all the way from Cali would of been way too hard. We wouldn't of gotten back until Midnight if we wanted to be there for her. We had to get some sleep and with the emotions running. Yeah know. I feel so bad that we weren't there for her final days. If you want to know, if you look in my gallery I have different pictures of dogs. Its the black dog that we had to put down. I have a heart around the pic. It still makes me emotional just to think about it.

We have a golden retriever that had to be put down November 2005. He was so good, you couldn't have asked for a better friend.
