Cut Green Kurls Flat paper to fit card, approximately 5x7". Cut Glitter Daisies paper on top and bottom edge to fit approx. 5", width of card. Used Fiskars Paper Tear Edger to tear edge along daisies paper, pulling towards self to give white edge. Adhered paper to card with Tombow Mono adhesive.

Using "Stamped" cartridge set on 3 with paper saver and shadow features selected, cut gold metallic cardstock in "Happy" tag shape. Then repeated without the shadow feature selected on the green adhesive QuickStripz cardstock.

Used Quick Quotes brown ink to ink all along edges of both cuts. Adhered green cardstock to metallic gold "shadow" mat. Added gold alpha stickers to spell out "Birthday!". Used gold metallic gel pen to freehand dots all around border tag (and x's in corners). Added spiral clip and tied gold ribbon through "tag" hole and around top of tag. Adhered entire tag to card. Used foam cosmetic wedge sponge to get more quick quotes ink in between the green letters.

Tied gold Kreinik thread through asparagus buttons and then used liquid glue to adhere buttons to right corners of card.

Applied lavender "precious gems" in marquise cuts to left corners of card.

Applied Daisy 3D sticker. Applied butterfly sticker and then embellished it further by drawing on it freehand with silver glitter gel pen.

Cut a very short length of blue metallic embroidery floss and tied off one end in a small knot so it wouldn't completely come apart into individual threads. This part is a MAJOR pain in the behind as the metallic floss completely unravels, making a great 'water spray' but with some difficulty, heh. Anyway, applied metal glue to entire back of watering can charm and then tucked embroidery floss under the pouring spout and adhered charm to card, using tweezers to try and tuck all errant thread ends under the charm's spout. I probably won't duplicate this effect with this thread on any other cards, Lol.

Took a mini silver jump ring, opened it, slid on 3 more karen foster mini charms, then closed it. Pierced a hole in the card and attached jump ring charm with a mini heart brad.

Final step was applying glitter glue to daisy 3D sticker. Unfortunately the glitter glue I used has a gold shimmering tone and the preglittered paper has a purple shimmering tone to it, but I think it still worked out pretty nicely :)
