My second son having fun with the dishes.

JOurnalling: What is it with plates that you just love to play with it? Every time you’re in the kitchen you’d always pull out the cabinet drawers and take out the glasses, the utensils and most especially the plates. You would line it up on the floor and stack up together then line it up again. I’m shaken to pieces when I hear the clang of the plates hitting each other or the loud bang when you put it down, but most of all when I hear a loud crash of broken glass. As much as I want to see you enjoy the play I have to take the plates away, then you’ll go on crying spiels. It’s not the broken glasses or plates, or that I don’t want you to have fun with the dishes, it’s you getting hurt in the process that concern me most. As a preventive measure I put a barrier on the drawer handles which made it harder for you to open the cabinets. By the way, nobody is keeping count how many you’ve broken but I just realized one day that I need to buy a new set of cup and saucer.
