Again, this was my first experiment with the die-cut machine at my LSS. They truly made the page POP! The big burger & drink are also die cuts. I colored them in with pencil crayons [before I had chalks]! I am very happy with this LO! Journal: One delicacy we were told we had to try was flying fish - a national favorite! We were told that if it was done right, it would not taste fishy at all, but rather [of course] more like chicken. When we tried it at the Chefette Restaurant, we were given a tray with 4 plastic condiment bottles: 3 red, 1 yellow. We were intrigued: 1 was ketchup, 1 was vinegar, but what were the other 2? One was a red hot sauce, and the yellow one? That was another specialty of the Bajun people: a SEARING hot yellow pepper sauce that fried our tongues the second it touched them! Needless to say, we used that one sparingly. We found out later that it's made with Scotch Bonnet peppers - some of the hottest around!!
