Ah! it is polluted, thought it might be. It is a legal requirement here for the owners to clean the land.

in 1943 it was a munitions plant making powder for naval guns. Now a dangerous and contaminated ruin with 60 miles of decayed roads and dangerous conditions. NO ONE wants to take this land and develope it.
