This is for Lillagumman's (Helen) Scraps Challenge and RU Creative or Cluless Challenge (you couldn't use any flower's on your layout). My pp and cardstock were all scraps. This is my youngest dd & son. Here's my journaling-

Cost of going to the Dollar Tree for water balloon's - $16.42. --Cost of actual water balloon's - $1.00--Cost of filling & tying 100 itty-bitty water balloon's in your kitchen sink- very sore finger's for a week!--Cost of water bombing your annoying little brother- PRICELESS!!!!
