I love this lo!! We went to D.C. in 1993 and I have not scrapped it yet! This is in my fav folder for sure! I love the pictures and the LO design which can be used for many occasions.

WOW! I love how the photos stand out. The circles around the flowers make me want to do a LO using circles on anything. Is that glitter on the circles or Bazill Bling? Which ever it is, it's sooo pretty around the flowers, great LO.
