This layout was designed by Heidi Schueller using the new Stamp & Stitch Celebration set. For the border, she stamped on white paper first, did the stitching, then cut around the images before attaching to the layout. The confetti was stitched right onto the border strip. Heidi also stitched "happy" in the title using the Classic Lowercase template.
