This is 2 paper piecings. I was going to only do backpack, but you never see backpack without map, so I had to do up map as well.
I scanned a coloring book into my computer and then printed out the different layers on the corresponding cardstock colors. Took me about 8 hours to cut them all out, but it's a great way to use your computer for scrapbooking.
