I created this for one of the June AGC monthly challenges which was to create a LO around my family's favorite recipe or meal. My family loves my Creamy Chicken Enchiladas. There is handwritten journaling on the tag tucked behind the photo. It reads: Everyone has their one "special thing" - this is mine. My family loves for me to make these enchiladas and rice. Keith also appreciates it when I make fresh salsa to go with it. I prefer my homemade SANGRIA! :)
