I scanned in a coloring book page and shrunk it down to the needed size. Then I printed it out on cardstock, cut it out and heat embossed with silver embossing powder the bells. Then assembled it and attached the hands with a brad. They are moveable, but I don't recommend it as they are very small and fragile.
The actual size is about 2.5"x3".
