LOL thats just too funny!! and the mild heart attack made me laugh out loud.. but in the real world I know all to well how funny it really isn't.. living on the lake and having a hot tub and pool I worry about this every second.. great job journaling this and the page looks fantastic.. which is no surprise from you! ;)
This looks sooooo refreshing as I've just come in from being outdoors with my kids!!!! Love all the blue and great title work!!! Oh the fears we have as parents........great journaling!
This is gorgeous! Love the colors in this and my goodness, I know I've said this before but your dd is SO adorable!! And I can relate to the water thing. My ds does NOT have a fear of it and he's done the "jump into the deep end" twice as a toddler. Nearly gave me a heart attack! Anyway, the LO is fabulous and it looks like I have a LOT of catching up to do in your gallery. :)
I love all of your lo's - they are so inspiring!! Each so different but just brilliant!! The colors here are so pretty and that pic of your dd is sooo CUTE!!!
you chose the perfect paper for this lo.. love it and that brush looks great at the top! that picture is just too cute.. I think your girl is SO beautiful! Oh and I love the way you connected the title with that cornerthingie.. It looks great! you're on a roll!
Okay... last one for the night. I'm exhausted! Another pic from our pool trip last night. They have a community sized water park one mile from our house that Brooke is totally enthralled with. I've always been nervous about Brooke from her very first summer. She loves the water, she's scared of the water, she loves the water... but she has yet to learn to respect and will walk straight off the edge and *splash*. It's impossible for me to relax when I'm anywhere near the combination of her and water. JOURNALING: courage under water: baby girl! I’m so proud of you! What a difference a year makes. Last year you were quite trepidatious and wasn’t too sure about getting in that water on your own. This year you couldn’t wait to get in there and was tugging on us and begging us to “hurry!”. So I let you become reaquainted with your old friend as it has been an every other year love affair. As soon as the fun had been had I pulled you over and discussed how very, very important it is that you respect water. Because although it can be a lot of fun it can be equally as harmful. After that talk you turned around and took a step off the step and went completely under with mommy’s hand on you the second you started to go. And then I had a mild heart attack and wondered where my conversation had gone wrong. Or maybe it’s just because you’re 3. Don’t worry. Momma is not going anywhere anytime soon.
