love the colors in this one. and I can SO relate to finding a friends of the same age and same gender. My ds ALWAYS had a problem with that (all of my friends have girls who are the same age, no boys). It was a blessing when he started school :). The journaling and the stacked circles are so AWESOME! great job!

Best Buddies

I took the basic idea from a layout by Becky Higgins in CK mag entitled "first best buds". I though of my son as soon as I saw it and wanted to do one for hi and his first best bud. Especially since that is what they call each other! This layout actually qualiifies for the digicontest, but I don't feel right submitting it for that if the idea is part mine/part someone elses. BTW, I did catch the typo, and changed it IRL.
