Altered Rolodex Card Swap, Love group. The heart is actually 3-d (to do this I punched 3 hearts; chose one as the center and glued the remaining hearts one on each side of the center heart, but the scan does not show this, also I used a glitter pen around the heart and distressed the edges of the pp with black chalk ink.
