I made 2 kits like this with different state names for the PIF RAK swap. PIF stands for Pay It Forward and RAK stands for Random Acts of Kindness. In this swap, the person who started it offered items to whoever wanted it, the next person takes that package and offers it to whoever would like that package, and so on. It could be a package of eyelets, ribbon, cardstock, paperpiecings, or anything scrapbook related. I think this was about my 5th or 6th round in the swap and I've gotten some really nice suprises! :)
The state names were matted with the new Frances Meyer templates that include the letters and the mats. The suitcase was penstitched and chalked. The slide frames are 2 rubber stamps. The camera and film are original paper piecings. The lens of the camera is a ring of cardstock raised 3-d on bits of foam tape. I hope the colors make one think of summer vacations. :)
