I realize that this is pretty old, but I'm wanting to make it and having a hard time finding the ribbon. What I can find is very skinny. Any suggestions? TIA

You'll need five (5) 24 inch strips of paper twist and three (3) 28 inch strips unfolded and woven as in the picture. You'll want to glue the bag down to the strips. I like to glue just the parallel edges of the twist that fall along the border of the bag. This allows you to later go back and 'arrange' the weave on the bottom and cover any gaps that show the bag. Do not glue the paper twist to the sides of the bag.
