Your photos are amazing! The only thing I might suggest is that the purple box on the side looks naked. Maybe move the journal box over there. I am loving the wood effect that you make created!
Another perfect heritage LO! That plaid paper really plays off the flowered paper well.. And the wood! fantastic. You really get the outdoor feel of this.
I, too, would move the journaling block over to the right where the paper intersects. I love this background, it really does something amazing for this page.
This LO combines a rustic & beautiful & elegant feel all at one, awesome! I think the pp band on the right is wider than it needs to be, that's a big expanse of lavendar pp there, I see it as being maybe 1/2" narrower. I LOVE K's idea of putting the journaling where the pp intersect...that visual really clicks for me! Lovely
Love the look of the PP's! The plankboard background gives it a great touch and you still managed to get the continuity of the floral and lavander in this, beautiful!
i love the colors combo and the pps! I think you can use some shear white ribbon on top of the strip of the purple pp on the right and tie a nod in it-may be towards the top of the pp.
Is this your namesake? Is this the original Moi? I am totally loving the matching "tartan" print in OldTyme Moi's skirt and the patterned paper. Subtle, but absolutely rockin'. I want some purple between the journaling and the black. Smidge. With the picket fence in the back of the pic, I like the wood grain pp. Could you ink the purple with black to make it pop against it a bit? If not, I still lovessssss it all!
Continuing in my Heritage Album... All photos in BW with Patterned Papers and cardstock in shades of Purples, Pinks, Browns and Black. Housed in a CM Rose Tapestry strap-hinged album.
