Journaling reads: Ok, so I'm not talking about real sharks . . .but I'm going to tell you about Katie's facsination with Shark Bites. From the time she was little - her favorite fruit snack was Shark Bites. Not any of the Disney shapes, nor any of the animals - even the dinosaurs (which were the best buy) would do. The reason . . . the shark bites sometimes had white sharks and they taste the best (according to Katie). Sometimes (rarely) you would get 2 packs with white sharks in them. Katie would beg beg beg for the white shark if your pack had one.
- Fast Forward -
After Katie's jaw surgery there were few things she was interested in eating - well sucking, until it disolves! She got a box of Shark Bites, opens a pack - She struck GOLD . . . 4 white sharks in her pack. She was so excited she couldn't help but eat 1 before I could take a picture. It felt so good to see her smile I had to get her pic too!
