This is beautiful! I love how simple and clean it is. Those papers work great with the photo, even though they aren't "heritage" papers. Great LO.!

Grandma

A heritage page for about.com. I didn't want to use traditional heritage papers, so I used KI Memories Floral line.

Journaling:
My Grandma, Dola Marie (Brunk) Sparks, was born on March 22, 1904. This picture is, by far, my most favorite of any we have of her! It just seems so typical of the era with the clothes and the string of pearls. I don’t know for sure when it was taken, but I think it was sometime during the 1920s because she doesn’t look very old in it. I wonder who she was at this point in her life. Did she have a boyfriend? Was she in school or a working woman? I truly regret not finding out more about her life, especially during the time this picture was taken.
