Here's Cedric having fun with slip ~n~ slide. This was taken in Tacoma, Wa, in the Hill top neighborhood. When he lived there, the neighborhood was known for high crime, drugs, and ooverty. The little girl is Catrina, his youngest sister, and she used to walk on all fours like that for the longest time before actually standing up to walk. I have pictures of her going down the slip ~n~ slide just like that but those will go in her scrapbook. Don't you just love how close the kids are to the road? ?!
