One Day Our World Changed Forever

This LO has been on my 'scrap pages to do list for a very long time. 9/11/2001 is a day that I will never forget and I felt compelled to start my 2 page LO today. There is a second page but I'm not done yet. It drains me emotionally as my heart hurts for the families that lost their loved ones.

When tragedy and horror strike I am reminded that God can and does use these horrific events for the good of all those who trust in Him.
What I have seen are people who are willing to help each other in times of need, people that are able to share their gifts for the good of their community. I saw people return to church looking for comfort and trying to find some peace and hope for our world. Did we get to comfortable as a Nation? Did we forget that we are not untouchable? Did we forget that we need God to protect us from evil and temptation? September 11, 2001 is a day that I will never forget. I will never forget the people that died & those who died trying to save their fellow man. God bless the USA!
