Journaling reads: The Field of Flight in Battle Creek was very entertaining. We went to the Air Show on Saturday, June 30th to watch the Blue Angels perform. Throughout the afternoon there were all kinds of plane and helicopter stunts. There was also a Stealth that flew above us. We also walked around the carnival where Natalie played the Lucky Duck game and won a pink unicorn. She was so excited and carried her unicorn proudly! We finished the carnival just in time to watch the Blue Angels perform. It was amazing how dangeroudly close those pilots were when flying the jets. It really takes adetailed, dedicated and special person to fly The Blue Angels. We really enjoyed their show. We came back to the Field of Flight on Manday for the balloon launch and the Balloon Illume. The evening sky was perfect for the balloon launch. There were a total of 49 balloons in the sky at one time. It was such an amazing sight! While waiting for the balloons to prepare for the illume, we went ovr to enjoy the carnival where Natalie rode the ladybug ride. She had such a blast on it! We also got an elephant ear to snack on. It was so enormous! I think Natalie ate most of it! She loved it! She kept telling me, "I really like this elephant ear, I like cinnamon!" It was so cute! Finally, the moment we has been patiently waiting for had come, the balloons were ready to illuminate the night sky. It was well worth the wait! The balloons all looked amazing lit up in the dark. Natalie enjoyed yelling to hte balloon pilots on command, "Light them up!" We had such a fantastic two days at the Field of flight. The Blue Angels and balloons were a breathtaking sight. We enjoyed ourselves. June 30th and July 2nd 2007*************this layout looks so much better IRL. The yellow is lighter and brighter-not a golden yellow. You can also see the green that goes along the top and bottom of layout. Plus, you can see all the fun pics so much better.***************
