I can see you trying to take the pictures of the lilies.....despite almost falling in, you did a marvelous job!! I hope some day we'll be able to make it "over the pond" and see some of these beautiful sights!! The b/g paper you've used here is sooo delicate.....I love that!! Great job!!
I love English gardens. I can't wait to see some when I come over. These photos are great and you did a lovely job of laying them all out. And...just as I thought, you put a lady bug on the flower!! I think you call them something else there. My granddaughter there calls them ladybirds!! Love this!!
Mum and I went on an outing a few weeks ago, so I bought one of Bisous's PDQ Kits and ran a few quick pages off for her to have in a Scrapbook album.
Journaling - The SUNKEN GARDEN was once the site of a beautiful WINTER GARDEN, a lofty glass-domed miniature of Crystal Palace, which was taken down in 1914. The central fountain then now is the Lily Pond in which I nearly fell trying to take these close-ups of the pretty Lilies. TFL comments appreciated Suzie Sue :)
