I have wanted to scrap this photo for weeks now! Isn't it priceless? I had set up a photo shoot in our living room with my husband and Ella wanted in on the action. When her turn was over, this was the face which emerged. I snapped away furiously...trying to capture the pitfalls of being two and a half years old.

Oh…Kiddo,
i understand.
you just want to be big.
to do things on your own.
to be a part of everything.
i try to let you,
but you can’t always have what you want.
there are turns to take sharing and just plain compromise.
you will learn these things as you grow,
but for now…
being two is hard to do.
