This is the first page in my scrapbook about my six-month stay in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1994-95. The quote is from Winnie the Pooh: A grand adventure is about to begin. I used paper from a Vintage Europe pack, I wanted to capture that antique imperial feel for the grandeur of old Russia. The picture of the church is a colour copy of a postcard since the church was actually under reconstruction when I was there.
