This layout is of the shop Macy's NYC! I used love Elsie pps, the frame around the picture is white cardstock and I doodled black squares around it.
I stamped stars to the left of the title as well as the 3 stars in the top right corner. I arranged tabs of ribbon to the left of the photo.
