Scrapping is good therapy- right? I did the lo of myself to try to motivate myself to take my weight seriously and make a commitment to myself to do something about it. I could have written a couple of pages for the journaling in order to cover my issues- but it's basically to the point. The journaling reads: I need to lose 40 lbs! I need to do it for "Me". It's not that I don't want to- the problem is...making a commitment to say "I Will." I need to do it for my health and to feel better about myself. So...I ask myself what is stopping me? Just two little words...afraid to say "I Will." The top picture was taken on my 58th BD. UGH!!! I decided to get creative with the scissors and take off a few pounds off the bottom picture! I like the way the "later" me looks. Hopefully "I Will" do something about it.
