THis is for the July scrap pack challenge...

Here's how I used the given materials:
silver star ribbon... cut into individual stars.. 3 on the left on the pic and 2 on top of white rings in lower right corner. ribbon was cut into small pieces and glued under cardstock that was crimped.
snap parts were used on tips of star; brads were painted red and white and used as accents (1 in the middle of the big star and 3 under photo); glass pebbles were used over "'06" in lower left of photo; "giggle" metal word used in journaling.
