This is awesome Liz!!! I love how you incorporated your grandfather's writing into your LO, and the translation as well!! All the papers are yummy, you are just incredible. My idol. :)
omg liz this is beautiful!
i really like the blue monogram, it ties the dress, the flower and the photo corners all in.
how neat to have your grandfathers writing on the back of the photos.
OMG... what a beautiful layout!!! I love the blue letter and flower... it adds just the right amount of colour to this page!!! Already in my faves with all of your other designs!!!
Love the monogram Liz, I agree with Emily maybe a lighter distree ink would lighten it up enough for *you* to feel happy. I think it rocks as is. :) Awesome job, I love the sense of family history you have in your los. :)

Liz , you are adorable!!! Including you grandfather's writing is so special. I love the colors, the monogram looks great on this pic, maybe ink it with brown?
So beautiful, Liz! I love that you included your grandfather's handwriting. Too cool! You were such a cute baby. :)
As for the blue letter, maybe ink it w/ brown to subdue the colors??
I love the monogram, Liz! Maybe if you add a little something blue above the word "why" or somewhere around there...another flower? Fabulous layout, and you are so lucky to have your grandfather's writing on the back of the photo!! What a treasure.
How do you do it? How do you make evry single one of your layouts look so amazing. I totally love this layout...all the different elements looks so great together! Great Job!
The journaling is my grandfather's writing. He wrote on the back of all our photos, and I am so glad beause I get to relive my toddler years through his eyes. The english version of this journaling is written on the tag tucked behind the journal box. Translated, the writing reads: You looked very upset in this photo because you were watching us eat delicious snacks...food that you couldn't eat yet because you only had 4 teeth grown out.
I'm not too thrilled with the way this came out...the blue monogram is too bright. Thanks so much for looking!
