I love this page, everything seems to just blend together so well. It's very 'pleasing to the eye' and I can see why it's going to be published. Congratulations! It's beautiful!
Fantastic layout! I love the pp and color choice - I think you totally succeeded in the rustic look because that's exactly what I thought before reading the details, great job!!!
ok... every time you post something new, i think ok this is my favorite, then you go and post another and it becomes my favorite. i love this page... the idea and the things and techniques you used.
Mmkay, explain this white uniball pen to me. What exactly did you use it on in the LO?
(also, it is very pretty and uses more than 1 picture--te he he he ;-)
Beautiful layout! Love all the details you added! Love the distressed feeling of the title and chipboard swirl, and that circle stamp is so pretty! WTG!
I got white embossing powder, a Signo Uniball pen and a photo corner puncher from the online store here and just had to try them out in a LO! So here they are! :) Had fun with this one, I wanted to do something different with these two photos. The top one just looks rustic and serene to me with the wood pole swing and old tractor in the background and the bottom one with my kids looking into the pond for fish (you can see a fish's gold head poking out if you look really hard) just seemed to bring out a feeling of calm in me. I tried to do them justice!
ETA: This will be published in the Oct/Nov edition of Ready-Set-Create!
