Love how you used the strips and the paper frills! What a cute picture too! I agree with Brigid, maybe double matting the picture with the purple, then add turquoise could help it pop a bit more.

Very cool! I love all the strips of paper and the title. I feel like your picture ets lost in all that color though. My eye keeps getting drawn away from the pic to all the color. Maybe make the pic bigger or put a black or blue or white mat behind it.
