This is the LO I submitted for the CK page contest in at CKC - Valley Forge.

Journaling reads:
It happened the day we brought home her ‘big girl bed’. Laura had become potty trained a few weeks before we purchased the bed, so we got rid of the diapers and the diaper bag. Now she would be sleeping in a bed, so we took apart the crib.
Just like that…she was no longer a baby. We had been through this before, but this time it was different. Until now, we always knew there would be a “next time”; the next time we decorated a baby’s room, the next time we saw a child’s first steps, the next time we folded and packed away baby clothes so they’d be ready to use again in a couple of years. But we knew that after Laura, there would be no more “next times”. It was the end of the baby stage for us. So although it was just a new bed, it signified the end of a stage of life for our family.
